If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact support@ghoulsmerch.com within 30 days of delivery. Our fulfillment partner (Fourthwall) will replace or refund it at no extra cost.

Because every product is made-to-order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, fit, or change of mind once production has started.

Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
